Engagement Venue

Networking Venue
This module provides the core capabilities for an interactive content sharing and enagement destination. It includes entrance, lobby, resource center, forum, networking lounge, plus extensive content management and interaction features. The module includes guest activity tracking with detailed analytics.

Conference Center
Conference Center is an extensive add-on module that turns the Networking Venue into a broader online venue and extends your digital campaign into an online symposium or a series, like Webinar series. The Conference Center offers tools to create, promote and host any number of webinars and live or on-demand webcasts. Each session can be configured with its own group chat and twitter board for online guest engagement.

Exhibit Hall
This module allows the organizer to setup or sell any number of exhibit spaces. Guests can search the exhibit directory or walk through the aisles, and enter a booth of interest. Inside a booth, guests can consume shared content as well as engage with live staff to ask technical and consultative questions, discuss their specific needs or environment, ask about pricing, discuss implementation methodology etc. Staff and partners can initiate conversation with guests, invite them to private demos, scheduled webcasts and private meetings with key resources, all staffed remotely.

Office Hall
This module allows the organizer to setup any number of private offices for one-on-one guest engagement. For example, product managers and executives can be present for a virtual product launch to answer questions and have one-on-one discussion with guests. Guests can search the directory or walk through the hall, and enter an office of interest. Inside the office, guests can view the online status of the office holder and access her appointment book for available slots. Office holders can initiate conversation with guests, invite them to private demos, or launch a screen sharing application directly from this virtual office.
