    Especially in COVID-19, we organize so many online events and Eventbride is the best solution and best helper for our event planning process. It provides us possibilities to reach our target audience from all over the world even if they have not heard about us before. It's really easy-to-use platform. I totally recommended it.

    Pros

    Eventbride offers you a very detailed event planning screen. You can include every detail that your participants need to know. Moreover, ticket and reservation facilities make it very easy for events with tickets or quotas. You can easily re-market the attendees by exporting their information and then importing it to your own CRM. It also sends reminder e-mails to the participants for you throughout your entire event process. In fact, you can think of it as if you have an assistant who coordinates the preparations and participants of the event for you. Also, the interface is really easy.

    Cons

    Maybe there would be more analytical possibilities. But overall, there is nothing that I do not like

    We have premiere movies and events twice a month. Without eventbrite we'd have customers standing in line for hours waiting to buy tickets, or redeem tickets. With the help of eventbrite our lines stay flowing quickly and efficiently.

    Pros

    I love this software because regardless of what event or premiere we have, it's so easy to go online and set up the ticket sales. It's super affordable and easy to get paid. It makes it so much easier on all of our employees and customers too.

    Cons

    There's nothing I dislike about the product. They have been amazing so far.

    I am quite satisfies with this, to the extent when I use it for my personal events as well, was a lot of fun, I used Eventbrite for my birthday party recently. My guests were a little surprised that this was a must thing, but they used it with great pleasure. Many of them did not know how it works and learnt about Eventbrite by me.

    Pros

    This is a perfect event management app and helps me a lot. When my supervisor delegates me an event to hold, they have no clue how hard it is to pay attention to every detail. Eventbrite helps to understand the number of people who will attend so that you can reserve the event location properly with the right capacity. They get their tickets and the scanning process is a lot of fun. After each event you get a recap of it straight to your email address.

    Cons

    The cancellation option is poor due to which generally out of the 100% registered people only 70% turn up at the event. It would be ideal to send a reminder to the attendees with a line if you wish to cancel - do it NOW, 2 days in advance, otherwise a small fee maybe could be charged so that the attendees feel more responsible for the attendance of the event they registered for.

    The app everyone should have for managing events.

    Pros

    dynamic and updated software, complete with all the functions necessary to better manage events, subscribers, purchase of tickets in the app, management of event information, scheduling and reports with the main insights.

    Cons

    a graphic restyle would not be bad to make the user interface even more attractive, especially from mobile. overall the software works very well and I have not found any particular critical issues.
