Not recommend for any company untill you are facing issues of employees time management

Pros

It can useful for a woman like calling , customer care department when time tracking is required. It will provide all reports to the person with admin Access

Cons

It doesn't show real time data to user. It also caputure most of production realated time under private. Every time you need to watch out if it tracking correctly

Management has installed it to keep track of hours but it is rather leading to discomfort and less trusted environment.

Pros

Only good thing is you can see how much time you took on any particular activity/task

Cons

1. Breach privacy of activities.
2. Does not help to build employees trust.
3. Not motivational.
4. Can be easily playaround that may provide wrong hours of being on app.
5. Shouldn't always be treated as away when system is locked.
