Great For Government Entities

I love the ease of this program. It is easy to search up requests from customers and make new requests for them as well. It is also nice because all of the information is in one place including customer name, attachments, request details and internal notes.
One thing I do not like about the software is how sometimes emails are not sent to your actual email but instead, a comcate email so that you never receive the email unless you directly look at the case.
