ONLYOFFICE Workspace is a fast and secure web-based office suite that combines powerful online document editors for text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, fillable forms and PDF files as well as broad collaborative features: CRM system, document and project management toolset, contacts, mail server, chat, calendar, blogs, forums, polls etc., all in one place. There is an intgerated AI helper for document editing.

If you consider for a on-premise Office collaboration. It can be a good choice. It's like you have your own Google Doc for your local office. Which is don't need to access internet.

Pros

I can use almost function with the community version. I'm also able to manage files, project at a sameplace.

Cons

They require 2 server, under Linux they are using mono for replacement for ASP.net on Linux. It's not stable.
