I use DocuSign for sending and signing documents. Being able to highlight signing areas for clients is excellent, and I rarely have any issues with confusion. The industry standard for a reason!
Pros
DocuSign helps users break away from messy PDF and email attachments, making online collaboration and signing of documents nearly effortless, even for techno-phobes.
Cons
DocuSign API's can be difficult to integrate with other software, and you may find yourself needing to upgrade to a pricier plan to get needed features.

Overall, DocuSign has been great for me and my company. We've never had any issues with it and I assure that no one, even a large company will have issues with DocuSign.
Pros
DocuSign is very easy to use and integrate into your everyday workflow. I especially like the ease that it was for us to integrate this and implement it into our company, as we do a lot of contract-signing. The ability to share and authenticate signatures is a crucial feature, and it works really well.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much that needs to be improved on, however one thing that could be improved on the the user interface, it can be a little bit intimidating if you've never used it before.

This product is essential to our process and has saved lots of man hours both in legal and within our sales team. It integrates into our current suite of tools and allows for easy access and visibility between the different teams relevant to our contract process.
Pros
Docusign is a straight forward product with an easy UX. It also integrates with our current CRM, Salesforce.
Cons
It is very difficult to make revisions once a document has been completed and sent to requested signatorys
