It was a great software for my timesheets and project management. It was great for inputting time,
managing project due dates and milestones, storing calendars and uploading images if needed to share as well. I would recommend for small to medium sized businesses.

managing project due dates and milestones, storing calendars and more. It also stores pdfs for storyboards and other image sharing.

Cons

It could be a little cleaner interface for navigating to different categories. But it was mostly pretty user friendly for my needs.

As a moderate user - it works for communicating project updates and as a platform for transferring knowledge.

Pros

Our company used Mavenlink as a communications and project management tool. Also as a place to share knowledge and stay connected. Allows quick tagging of other teammates. Offers email notifications.

Cons

Mobile app is not the greatest and doesn't seem to show the same features/set up as the online platform.

Mavenlink is great for projects that require identifying the amount of hours spent on a project. Specially custom projects to ensure its on time and you don't go over the allocated hours set, or determine if you need to charge more.

Pros

Mavenlink was a very great tool to track the hours spent on a project. It also was a very useful tool to determine if the project is on time or will be going over the allocated time that should be spent on the project.The Project Manager I worked with definitely loved it as well.

Cons

A little bit of a learning curve and could definitely get lost easily in the app as there are so many features. Otherwise once you get used to it, it can be a pretty easy tool.

Post a message in your Activity Stream to collect contributions from teammates who are working together with you on a project.
