Pros

I like flexibility that allows me configuring tools for my needsI like TeamCalendar view. It is mega helpful for time approvers and managers.I like Reporting module for its flexibility and powerI like the way to approve hours (it gives possibility to approve only certain pieces from timesheet. It is very helpful for ur business process (we have to prepare timesheets by the 1-st day of any month, and sometimes it requires submitting only part of the week)I like the way to organize data using groups.

Cons

We are missing the explicit specifying the overtimes, and setting different cost/rate for that.A bit "old style" for GUI design, that not all users may like, however UX - is excellent. I think modern restyling for GUI can attract even more users.A bit complex widget permissions configuration (who can and who can't see certain widgets). Requires reading the documentation and it is not 15 min. reading

Pros

The simplicity and accuracy. Beebole is easy to use administratively and also easy to train our staff to use. We are able to keep track of time worked and also PTO very effectively.

Cons

Not being able to customize user permissions outside of what is built into the system.

Great timekeeping App

Pros

Beebole has a very easy and nice-looking user interface. The best part of Beebole is the ability to view reports based on an employee, a contract, a task, and by month.

Cons

The one thing I wish was easier is viewing PTO, along with the accrual rate.

My overall experience has been excellent. BeeBole helps me track project profitability in relation to fee versus time spent. This allows me to set realistic fee proposals and also better project time and staffing needs on future projects.

Pros

I love the ability to easily input new clients and create multiple projects and sub-projects for existing clients. The ability to insert different phases and tasks under a project is also extremely helpful.

Cons

There is no ability to create invoices and pay-slips directly in the software. Currently I export data to Excel to create invoices and pay-slips.
