This lead management/nurturing app is good value for money ($750 per month) and accessible to a small business. We use it in combination with sugarCRM and the integration process has been smooth and straightforward. All the basic marketing automation features you can expect are available. We found the pre-built campaign templates very useful in order to guide us on how to get started.

Easy to use and understand campaign automation that also supports triggers
Very easy to use campaign tracking and reporting.
Social media tracing is also a plus

Email and landing page editors are a bit simplistic but they allow you to do what you need to do.
