The platform allows businesses to add various question types in questionnaires such as multiple-choice, text box, image choice, drop-down lists, star rating, grid, slider, date/time, and more. Managers can create custom forms by adding a brand-specific logo, skip logic branching, page titles, footers, and URL variables. It lets marketers send custom thank you or disqualification pages to clients and enable or disable email notifications according to individual requirements.
The application enables administrators to automatically create surveys by sending an email including the survey’s title, questions, and answer choices to SurveyOL. Designers can conduct A/B testing to preview and test a survey before sending it to customers, add QR code or web links to enable form sharing via social media platforms, and embed questionnaires into the website. Marketers can also use SurveyOL to receive responses in real-time and export results or summary charts in Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF files.

Pros
I love the integration with the social media that can be bind with this software. It make distributing the survey form or webpage to social media is much easier and we can monitor how many people are interacting with the survey.
Cons
The customization tools is quite simple and not many of the design or template can be edited.
